Masan’s beverage unit plans to have full ownership in Vinacafe
Vietnamese conglomerate Masan group’s beverage unit has registered to buy the remaining 1.51 percent stake or 401,000 shares in Vinacafe Bien Hoa JSC to raise its ownership to 100 percent.
